We ask that you supervise your children closely at ALL TIMES throughout the duration of the session to ensure their safety and the safety and enjoyment of other visitors. 

Please remove shoes and wear socks whilst using the facility.

Please be conscious of numbers in each room, moving around the rooms to ensure rooms feel as spacious as possible and to ensure all guests are able to access facilities and resources in each of our room.

We recommend 1 adult (maximum 2 adults) per child where possible please to maximise play space.

Sessions are for 1 hour 15 minutes and include a drink for both adults and children.

We have a changing bed in our Sensory room toilet and baby change facilities in the Zen Den toilet.

We have a pram/chair store at the side of the property (White painted fence area).
