FAQ's

What age range is All Thrive suitable for?

All ages are welcome at All Thrive but it is important to note that there are weight restrictions on some of our equipment.

Who supervises the users of All Thrive?

Parents and carers are the responsibility must remain with their child or young person throughout their time using our facility. They are responsible for supervising them at all times.

Do you have parking?

There is a car park next door to All Thrive with ample parking including a number of disabled parking bays. Parking is free for 1 hour and £1 for 3 hours. The car park uses the R'ingGo' app for customers who do not carry cash on them or cant leave their child or client unsupervised to go and get a ticket.

Do you have disabled toilets?

We have 2 spacious, wheelchair accessible toilets with hand rail support. Our larger disabled toilet has a changing bench and ceiling track hoist. Note: Please bring your own sling.

In our other disabled toilet we have a commercial wall mounted baby changing unit.

Do I need to bring cash?

You may need £1 for 3 hours for the parking machine if you are staying at the car park after your session (there is also the 'RingGo' app which takes the payment).

What is a sensory gym?

A safe space to explore a range of sensory experiences. You will find specialist equipment purposely selected to stimulate senses in particular the Vestibular and Proprioception systems. They improve many areas including muscle strength, body awareness, develop balance, coordination, communication, fine motor skills as well as being great physical exercise, great fun and an excellent way of burning off energy!

Can I bring my own food?

in general we do not encourage food to be eaten whilst using the rooms and equipment. The exception to this is during the party package when visitors will be seated.

We provide complimentary tea, coffee and juice.

Although we discourage snacking on the whole. We understand the difficulties around food, specific timings, preferences, and medical needs. If it is essential your child, young person or adult needs a specific food item during their 1 hour slot in order to remain calm and comfortable then it is permitted on those occasions.

Can I bring my child's sibling with us to our session?

Yes, of course. Siblings are more than welcome to join. We would just ask for an additional fee of £5.

Do you have rules of play?

Yes. To ensure our customers safety we require everyone to read our rules of play before beginning the session. Parents, guardians and carers are responsible for ensuring their child or young adult are using the equipment safely and appropriately.

Does All Thrive take group bookings?

Yes, we welcome groups with a maximum of 12 people.

​

Can adults use the equipment at All Thrive?

Adult parents and carers can assist their child with equipment but must not use the equipment.
