What's Included in the Christmas Ticket:

 

You will be greeted by one of Santa's Elves and given 10 minutes in each of our rooms exclusively for you and your family to enjoy and explore.

 

You will begin your journey in the Sensory Gym for exclusive use of 10 minutes free play, complimented by Christmas music.

 

Then into the Playroom for a further 10 minutes, where you can write a letter to Santa, decorate a bauble and explore the festive themed room all to yourselves.

 

Next you will enter our enchanting Winter Wonderland sensory room, full of magical lights and props.

 

Before finally, arriving at Santa's cosy Grotto where Mrs. Claus awaits to lead you to Santa Claus himself for a 5-10 minute greeting, followed by a special early Christmas gift.

Timing is very important to the flow of the experience so we kindly ask that you allow extra time to ensure you arrive for your chosen time slot. This is to ensure that all guests get the same amount of time in each room.

 

Unfortunately unlike our typical play sessions we cannot allow people in early.

If you are late you would lose time in the first room in order to avoid backlogs for other guests.
